These terms govern access to and use of the website llevantpatrimonial.com and the services it offers: property catalogue, indicative quick valuation, property listings by registered users, contact and project enquiries.

Catalogue: we list properties curated by our team and properties submitted by users after moderation. Information is provided in good faith; we don't guarantee absolute accuracy and recommend on-site verification.

Quick valuation: it is an indicative estimate based on Cadastre data and market comparables, complemented by automated analysis. It does not constitute an official appraisal or financial, tax or legal advice.

Property listings: by listing a property you declare you are its owner or have authorisation to list it. Llevant Patrimonial reserves the right not to publish or to remove content that breaches these terms.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties.
• Not attempt to access restricted data or areas, or bypass security mechanisms.

The contents of llevantpatrimonial.com (text, images, brand, code) are protected. Images uploaded by users remain their property; by uploading them they grant Llevant Patrimonial a non-exclusive licence to display them in the context of their listing.

Llevant Patrimonial is not liable for decisions made by the user on the basis of the indicative estimates on the site. Quick valuations are non-binding. Any real-estate transaction should be accompanied by proper due diligence.

We may update these terms when necessary. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless consumer regulations require a different jurisdiction.
